We are pleased to introduce the Pacific Nutrient Database (PNDB) User Guide – an outcome of long-term efforts made by the Pacific Community (SPC), the University of Wollongong (UOW) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Technological advances have increased the potential uses of population registers for producing statistics.

Many economic sectors of Pacific Island Countries have been deeply affected by the COVID-19 crisis. This is the case of International Merchandise Trade, for which statistics covering the first 6 months of the year 2020 in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and Tuvalu have become available.
