About Siulai Fioana
In 2024, Siulai became a Project Manager for the Statistical Innovation and Capacity Building in the Pacific Islands (PACSTAT) project at SPC. Before that, she was employed by the World Bank as a Project Management and Implementation Support specialist. She also served as the Director of the Central Project Management Office at the Ministry of Finance in Tuvalu, where she supervised and provided practical support for development initiatives in the country that were financed by the World Bank. With over two decades of experience in this field, she has spent the majority of her time on the supervision and management of projects. She holds a master’s degree in project management.
