Manual being updated to QGIS 3.4 and published

The QGIS for Census, Survey and Analysis Manual (draft) is being updated to version 3.4 of QGIS. This will then be officially published.

This manual has been very popular with development partners who have discovered it on our website. In 2018 SDD and FAO ran a joint QGIS workshop in Noumea which was largely based on this manual and towards the end of 2019 SDD, UNFPA and FAO will be publishing a joint "global" manual on using QGIS for the 2020 round of censuses.
